If I were to choose an active verb for Act 1 Scene 10, I would be to deliver. I chose this in relation to the face the the Emcee is on stage, delivering an entertaining performance. In relation to appearance, I imagine 'to deliver' would mean a contextually accurate hair and makeup style to reflect the message being relayed.
